Endurance is the "hit points" of characters (including leaders). Whenever damage is dealt the endurance is reduced by that much. The endurance does not reset at end of turn. It must be healed, but it cannot be healed to a value higher than the maximum endurance of the card.

Whenever the maximum endurance is increased or decreased, the current endurance is increased or decreased by the same amount.

Note: This page needs to be updated to reflect changes in the game or need to be worked on for other reasons.

Endurance should apply to all permanents.

Maybe the amount of damage should be tracked not the remaining endurance.
