Restore energy is a special ability that is formatted "Restore Energy: <amount of energy>". It means "At the beginning of this card's owner's restore phase, add <amount of energy> to that player's energy pool".[1]


Notes

  1. This is owner-based instead of controller-based, so that the controller can change without unbalancing the game. Without this the first player to take control of an area would almost certainly win.
