An action is a card that can be played from a players hand onto the stack.
They have the following propertiy in addition to the basic card properties:
Name | Example | Meaning |

Cost | 0 1 3 | The energy cost that must payed to play the character and must be during your restore step to maintain it. |
When an action resolves any effects in the text of the card occur.
Slow Action
A slow action is an action that can only be played on a normal stack and only by the active player and only when the stack is empty.
Fast Action
A fast action is an action that can be played at any time the player has priority.
