Card ownership

A player "owns" a card if they actually physically own the card or are the current user of the card, such as having borrowed it. This is important when a player losses are removes all of their cards from the game. In addition, a card owned a by own player is not allowed to be in the hand, deck, or discard pile of a different player. No rule or card text should ever cause this.
